We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
If you'd like to contact us directly, we also accept cashier's
checks, wire transfers, or company checks. On company checks,
please allow an extra 10 days for shipment. If you paying
by wire transfer or cashier's check, we will pass a handling
charge savings on to you. You may deduct 1%
from your total order (does not include shipping costs).

Order Confirmation
We will send you a confirmation message to the email address
provided within 24 hours of your order.

Order Status
If you provide your email address when placing your order,
we'll send you a shipping confirmation once your order has
been shipped. Whether you placed your order over the Internet
or by phone, you can check the status online once we have
issued you an order tracking number. Click here

Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer service at
orders@geqco.com
or by phone at 1-888-558-1167 as soon as possible. You will be responsible
for round trip shipping costs on orders that have been shipped
prior to cancellation, for orders that are refused at time
of delivery, and orders that are returned to us due to incorrect
shipping information.

Return Policy
At GEQCO, we take our return policy very seriously.
We go to great lengths to assure that our clients order the
correct equipment for their needs at the time of ordering
and do not practice high-pressure selling. For the sake of
good business ethics, we must adhere to our Return Policies
as stated below. We have found this to be the best policy
for all concerned.
GEQCO reserves the right to refuse the return of items shipped
correctly as per original orders - When GEQCO does authorize return
of any item, it MUST BE UNUSED AND SHIPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Credit, when issued will be done after receipt of merchandise and
evaluation by manufacturer. A 25% restocking charge plus round trip
shipping charges will apply.
No special order items may be returned and no item can be returned
without prior written authorization. Items returned to GEQCO without
authorization will not be processed.
The cost of shipping an exchanged item is the responsibility
of the customer, in all cases except where GEQCO committed
a shipping or order error. Round trip shipping charges
will be the responsibility of the customer on orders that
are shipped by GEQCO in good faith and are returned to us
due to incorrect shipping information.

Warranties
All items shipped by GEQCO carry a manufacturer's warranty.
This is explained in detail within each product description
and will be noted again at time of purchase.
