Guaranteed Equipment Company currently ships to any address
in the Continental United States. Street addresses are necessary
since orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Each order may only have one "ship to" address.
If you require multiple "ship to" addresses, please
order separately for each address.

Shipping Options
Most purchases are shipped from the manufacturer and are processed
within 2 days from receipt of
your order, unless otherwise noted.
Rush Delivery
For an additional fee per address, we can expedite delivery
to most destinations. We regret that this service is not available
for oversize items, items shipped directly from our supplier,
and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Shipping Methods and
Charges
Guaranteed Equipment Company offers you the fastest and lowest-cost
shipping methods available. Some oversized or special handling orders will need to be
shipped via Common Carrier. Each package shipped is insured up to $100.00.
IMPORTANT:
You will need to be sure that you have sufficient and proper
equipment and personnel to unload products delivered via common
carrier, as their drivers are not required to provide assistance
in unloading your order.
There is an extra charge for residential delivery, call-ahead
service, inside drop-off, and lift-gate service. If you require
any of these services, you must contact a GEQCO sales representative.
Items will not be shipped C.O.D.

Shipping Reference:
Next Day Air: Next Business Day after ship date.
2nd Day Air: Within 3 Business Days after ship date.
Ground: Within 3-10 business days (usually 3-7 business days)
after ship date.
* Allow 1-2 business days for processing.
If you require shipping methods and/or services other than
those stated above, such as express shipping or liftgate delivery,
additional fees will be assessed. Please contact us for a
quote.

Orders Damaged in Shipping
While every effort is made in packing and correctly filling
your order, occasions will arise where a package is lost or
damaged in transit. To insure your order is received complete
and undamaged, we recommend the following:
- Inspect the entire shipment for visible damage prior to
accepting the shipment, and note any damage on the delivery
ticket/bill of lading before the delivery person leaves.
- Verify the number of packages delivered with the packing
slip provided by GEQCO.
- Unpack your order immediately and inspect for hidden or
concealed damage.
- Should any damage be discovered, retain the shipping carton
and any inner packaging, request inspection immediately
from the carrier as well as make a written request to the
carrier. Hidden or concealed damage must be reported and
an inspection requested within 5 days of delivery.Then contact
GEQCO Customer Service toll free at 1-888-558-1167 to inform
us of the situation. Please have your order number, shipping
information and tracking number ready to assist us in this
process.
GEQCO is not responsible for damaged items accepted and signed
for at the time of delivery.
